Horrible customer service. I called to see if they had normal business hours for New Year’s Eve. The person that answered was very rude. When I found out that they were open normal business hours I still wished him a happy New Years and he just grunted and hung up ..... I’ll just go to Mario’s liquor

Friendly, informed staff. Quick checkout. Only problem I have with y'all is that you don't accept the coupons on the bottles I have bought. You should honor the coupons but if you don't want to, you should remove them from all of your products. I have picked certain products over others because there was a coupon on them but then I get up to the register and you don't honor them. Not a good way to do business.

Why would you choose to donate proceeds to the Red Cross when very little of the money actually goes to help those in need, most of it goes to "administrative fees" like the CEOs huge salary. There have been multiple horror stories coming out of Houston and surrounding area (where I live) about the poor treatment by some of the volunteers and the services offered. There are better charities to support. The Salvation Army is one

I go to Specs in College Station Texas with a $50 gift card and my bill is $86.00. I am going to pay cash for the difference and they inform me that I have to pay the credit card price for my merchandise because I am using one of THEIR gift cards??!! DO NOT BUY SPEC GIFT CARDS!!!! Once I use my gift card I will NEVER shop there again!! The manager was rude the cashier was rude and acted like I was inconviencing them by even wanting to use their own gift card!! EPIC fail SPECS!! I will spread the word!!!

I'm so over them and their cash price policy I've stopped going for there for years unless I have to have something in a pinch. Gets even better. I received a "specs gift card" for a birthday gift. I go into to use it and guess what? The use that as credit as well. What kind of crap is that. Is a gift card from your own store that someone already purchased. Wow.

I love Specs for their selection, food and pricing but here's a tip: Don't go before noon on a weekday if you are looking for help buying something expensive. Their experts don't come in that early. I get that it's off-peak hours, but disappointed that I went out of my way, and had to make gift choices without someone who knew more than I did. I am hardly an expert on scotch or cigars, but I can read labels as good as anyone else!

In less than 24 hours I visited three of your stores in Austin, Texas because I had a gift card and had a hard time finding what I was looking for. The store on Airport Blvd is such a sad little store. So dark and dingy and grimy. It looks like the store neighborhood drunks go to shop and hang out. They didn't have what I wanted so I won't go back there again. Today I visited the store on Brodie Lane. You're commercials LIE because the customer service is PATHETIC! First I had to hunt down anyone to help and since I had ... read more
