I was at the specs on 4122 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77504 and they made me feel very uncomfortable. I was on the phone with a friend looking around for some beverages and all of the staff was lingering around me watching me and made me feel uncomfortable. I was not the only shopper in the store but to them I was all they cared about watching. Very unprofessional!!!

Tried to buy a pecan pie and got carded. This is ridiculous
Dont buy at Specs Marble Falls when you can buy at least 10% cheaperin Austin Specs. Stupid since they get their liquor from the same wholesaler. Its a rip off and will continue as long as you let it by buying there.
Bought a keg and was nothing but foam. Tried for hours to fix. Called and manager says to hold tap till the beer comes. Only thing he can say is there is nothing he can do. I return the keg more than 3/4 full and the would only give me my deposit back. Terrible service. Will never go back and will not recommend Specs to friends and family.
Specs buys out all the local distributors in the DFW area and can't fulfill orders in a timely and promised time frame. POOR customer service, POOR expectations and FAILED promises!!! Specs clients deserve better response times per their commitments but can't due to contractual obligations!!! Get your act together Specs or get the hell.out of the way of these good businesses relying on your obligations that are failing!
I like Specs with decent selection but I’m always annoyed trying to find non-expired IPAs.
Worst customer service our business has ever experienced every single time and there is no f*cks given to correct this. Can’t get a corporate number and just trash. Wrong order, or doesn’t show up, or can never get a hold of anyone and area Rep never communicates. I order through Liquor Depot and they are the best and make everyone priority in Kennadale.
I brought this issue to your attention a couple of weeks ago and never received a response. My fiancé and I visited the Wolf Ranch location on Feb 26th to buy a gift for our wedding officiant. We had a great experience with one of your employees selecting a whiskey and a box of cigars. However, the experience was completely soured when we went to checkout.
