I like the different varieties a wine and liquor that they offer. I also love that it's a one time stop when having a small gathering. You can buy anything from wine, champagne, liquor, handcrafted beer, as well as all types of food goodies. I live in San Antonio and I normally go to the specs over off of IH 10. The last three times I've gone to the one over on E. Rector. I was really disappointed by a cashier by the name of Nancy. From an unfortunate work meeting I went to tonight. I'm glad it happened, if not I wouldnt have been at Specs. Met Cody at the dezavala location. He's new here to SA and I just wanted to thank him for his hospitality and great conversation about beer. I look forward to meeting him again. Cheers to Specs for always hiring awesome people!
I love Spec's. I normally go to the Smith Street location and have never had a bad experience. My spouse enjoys the Norwegian brown cheese and Spec's is the only place I can find it. All of the employees are fast to offer this old lady help and are extremely polite. I really do appreciate that in folks. Keep up the good work gang!
Has Spec's quietly ditched its "10% off on six bottles of wine"? Today at the I-10 store I bought seven mixed bottles - some Cava, some white. No 10% discount. When queried, the checker simply shrugged.
I just found out that specs offer military discounts, made my experience even greater.
