I called factory mattress on Whitestone in Cedar Park when I needed help to make our bed lower due to a medical need. Heidi, the stores manager, provided a number of possible solutions over the phone and I was able to make all the arrangements over the phone to get it done. So grateful for all her help! Could not recommend them enough!
Went to the Factory Mattress on Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park. We chose it because it had the highest ratings and it also happened to be the closest one, bonus. Heidi is the sales associate that helped us and she was awesome. She was both knowledgeable, professional and had a great sense of humor. Great experience at the store. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. Bought a new bed the same day I was in the store, didn’t need to go shop anywhere else. Delivery guys (Yatzsel) were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Factory Mattress to family and friends.
We got in during the grand opening event at a new store in Pflugerville and Richard (the salesman who worked with us) saved us a LOT of money on the mattress we really wanted. The new technology that helps find the right bed for each person was spot on too! We've had our new bed for 3 days and 2 nights and couldn't be happier with our investment. Thanks Factory Mattress! You guys rock!!!
