I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your University Drive location in McKinney. On 12/19, I purchased a 1.75-liter bottle of Black Label from your Prosper location. I later decided to exchange it for a different brand. When I called the Prosper store, I was informed that exchanges could be made at any location without a receipt, though refunds would require one. Not sure why these other people are trying to say the customer service is terrible. I was greeted when I walked in at 1130 am and I was asked if I needed assistance by 3 different workers. They have a BEER connoisseur who is super helpful and knows his stuff. He took his time explaining the different kinds of beers and what I specifically asked for. The selection is UNPARALLELED. I awarded one star due to the cashiers' seeming disinterest in their duties. Specifically, an African American woman was using her phone behind a cash machine, and Rayan N appeared fatigued and impatient during checkout. He was unhelpful with membership enrollment for savings. While this new liquor store boasts an impressive selection and ambiance, I expected superior customer service. Unfortunately, my first experience was underwhelming. I prefer Total Wine, recognized for exceptional customer service.

There 6-7 people there working, not 1 person said Hi when I walked in the door or offered to help me. Some were in there phones. I walked around and around looking for what I needed. I even stopped several times right in front of them. And they looked at me. And still no one offered to help me find what I needed. But when I walked out the door with NOTHING IN MY MY HANDS. They all looked at me walking out. No one again said anything . Awful experience. I will go back to my little mom and pop shop.

Good selection. Reasonable prices. The product racks are too close together on some aisles (Bourbon). A little less crowding would be great
