Great spot to buy liquor and related products. It's conveniently located right on 380 and offers a wide variety at great prices, especially if you pay in cash. The store is well stocked and the service was good. The only thing I would suggest improving is the store’s atmosphere—at times there are strong odors that can be a bit unpleasant for some customers. Adding air fresheners could help make the space more comfortable.
Walking into the liquor store, everything is so well organized. The different types of drinks are easy to find, with each section clearly labeled. I always appreciate a store that puts effort into keeping things tidy and presentable. It makes browsing a much more pleasant experience, and I can find what I need quickly. Overall, a well-kept liquor store makes any shopping trip a good one.
Their prices are good. The best part is customer service and cheerfulness of the staff. Not only did I get the usual assistance trying to find stuff but also extremely helpful tips trying to pick up wines and mixers for a party. Also found some gems in wines those were not available in some other stores. Highly recommend this place.
Every time I visit this Spec's, the customer service has been excellent. The Team is kind and gracious to answer the phone and comment on any special deliveries. A special thank you to Domenic for his help this week. It was a great dialogue and the information provided was super. I would highly recommend this store to others.
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. The staff, David Oswald displayed a poor attitude and were not at all customer-friendly. I felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed, and there was a clear lack of professionalism. It’s unfortunate when customer service falls so short, especially when all that’s expected is basic courtesy and respect. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
