The store is clean well stocked, and most of all the customer service is out bloody standing. I went in to pickup some tonic . I was treated like a VIP at every turn. The location is good NW FWY & 34th opened recently The crew is friendly knowledgeable and very very helpful. This location is big enough to have a lot of collateral. In a strip centre ample parking security parked out front. Service usually good at Specs but this was impressive a first choice anywhere

Ordered some drinks on a work break and hoped to be able to pick them up during lunch, but the system scheduled me for pickup 2.5 hrs later. When I got there, the box had other packages sitting on top of it, so it was ready earlier than the scheduled time and must have been sitting around for awhile. So I don't get the prolonged delay in the schedule. Regardless, the staff found all my stuff and had it boxed up for safe transport. Inventory counts were accurate. The employees can be so annoying and weird. They intervene in your conversation. They ask you a million and one questions while you’re trying to check out and shop. There is always a big deal about whether you’re paying cash or card they can’t ever seem to figure out which register works. To top it off, i was in store on 3/3/25 @ around 5:20 pm, the Caucasian male that was next to the African American male, his register was taking cash I handed him my money in his hand and he placed my change on the counter. Every single time I come in here, I feel like I'm being watched by all staff and armed security, even if I'm walking out with my bag. If I grab the wrong bottle, I can't put it back; they ask me to hand it to them.

I have neuropathy in my feet & my doctor has told me to wear as little as possible to stimulate circulation. The security officer told me I need my shoes so I went & out them on. THEN DEMARCUS "THE MANAGER" SAID HE DOESN'T FEEL SAFE SURVING ME & ESCORTED ME OUT OF THE BUILDING!
