Cashier that handled us was horrible, she was old with gray hair, the moment we walked into the store it felt like they were watching us and when we walked up to check out the lady proceeds to be very rude about asking for ids when we were all of age and refused to check us out because one person in the group ( who was 25) only had a picture of her id. Stopped into this Specs location recently and walked out feeling completely disrespected and appalled at the lack of professionalism. First off, I was greeted—or more accurately, not greeted—by someone named Austin M., who looked like he just rolled out of bed and into some busted Jordans that hadn’t seen a wash since 2015. Not a great first impression for a customer-facing employee at all. This location DOES NOT have a good selection of craft beer. If you want craft beer, you need to go to the location off of 290. I always forget which location is which, so leaving this review to remind myself, but also let others know.
