I had actually visited 3 stores searching for this Chinese Whiskey for a friend as a bday gift and all store were either out or did not have the box for the item, @ $44 I would like to to have the box to the item. When I visited Spec’s they did not have the box either but they had the whisky and at a cheaper price than the rest that was a plus for me, then the clerk was so very helpful she offer to sale me a bag for the item, I was hesitant until she showed me options, I was very pleased. People are quick to talk about the employees, but they’re literally all super nice and very helpful!! All the cashiers are so nice and quick to point out where everything is at! Mary was amazing and very friendly!! She was such a sweet heart! Also kennedy will always make me laugh and has a good conversation, always interacting with customers. 10/10 service here, will definitely be coming back!
I've have been to this store twice and both times there's laughter and fun within employees to the point that not one employee acknowledged me with even a simple hello or even a smile. management at this store should give employees a course in everday simple courtesy and ediquette.
This has to be the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL location in DFW! Now I've gone here once before a few months ago. Even then the employees I encountered were less than welcoming and weren't helpful at all. They didn't even greet you. Well I went again today and before I even get inside, I see a male employee, taller guy, just looking at me as I approached the door. Been liquor shopping here for years and I will always recommend Specs!!! Very reasonable prices! And amazing quick service and great samples. It's so reasonable I'll take the drive to get to any specs.
