Such nice staff! Was able to get in and out fairly quickly due to the helpfulness of every single person I came in contact with. Was looking for a specific kind of beer for my husband. It took no longer than 45 seconds for a knowledgeable employee to come help me! When I went to check out, the manager offered to help me while simultaneously helping his other employee open her register. Kind people all around!
I never have any issues. Always a pleasure going there. In fact, I'll go out of my way just to go to this Specs location. And the prices are unbeatable. I cant wait for the new South Freeway location to open up by Burleson.
Walk in to at least 9 workers in the front with ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, walked through aisles trying to find what I'm looking for and come across several more employees with ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Finally had enough of trying to find the product and wanted and walked out with yet AGAIN ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM STAFF! THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS
A few weeks ago I witnessed a very horrible older lady cashier, shouting and being very rude at the two guys in front of me, I think the first guy got attitude because of his military discount and then got more attitude due to the card machine, second guy got the same attitude because of the card reader, she was quite nasty, and needs to be reread the policy on customer satisfaction and verbal exchanges.. she’s the only colleague I’ve ever seen or had a bad encounter with.
Worker with an inverted cross on his forehead was absolutely disrespectful. His attitude and demeanor will have me never step foot in the facility again. Unprofessional offensive and unacceptable. Total disappointment.
