Dishonest and shady!!!! During the check out process the clerk tells me the price of the item and I insert my credit card into the chip reader. She asks me if it is debit and I say no. She then tells me it will be an additional $3.09 to use a credit card. Since the state of Texas does not allow businesses to apply surcharges I decide to question her on it. She tells me they give a discount for cash and debit, except the receipt shows the charge as "cash to regular T". It is obvious Spec's is charging the consumers credit car... read more
