Was here 12/23/22 so selection wasn't good. Lots of outs. Medium store. Not that big. Employees are walking around but never offer help. They see u looking and pass by u and dont ask If u need help. So customer service is not good. Not really a store I would come back.
Had what I needed. Fair prices. Best to use debit card here.

Specs always has great customer service. Ready to give you advice when experimenting with something new. Damien treats you as if you were a long-time friend. He asks the right questions and gives the best recommendations. He really knows his wines. I'm sure it took many years to gain that knowledge.
