How fortunate are we that a Spec's Wine and Spirits was built right outside our neighborhood? The staff here is so knowledgeable about all the products, and all recommendations have been a big hit with us. Spec's has a wonderful selection of wines, beers, and all liquor. They also carry support products such as cigars, mixers, ice, shakers, flask, salt, etc. The prices are very reasonable considering prices of everything are on the rise. I had a fantastic experience at this liquor store. The wide variety of alcohol options was impressive, and the employees were exceptionally helpful in providing suggestions. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I appreciated the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Good variety of spirits at a reasonable price. I love how they always have bottle sets so if you need a little special gift for someone that likes their bottles this is always a good option.
Bad experience with an employee named OWEN. seemed drunk on the job. Was Asked where the watermelon pucker was and he took me to the Japanese sake. When in formed him that this is not what I asked for he shrugged his shoulders and walked off he then went to go hide in the corner. Someone else was able to help me and take care of me. Would rate 5 stars if it wasn’t for OWEN .
I used to go to the Rowlett location until this one arrived. I ordered my first curbside order with them today. In my order I had simple syrup cane sugar and they sold me old fashioned mix with cane sugar. I called and told them they accidentally gave me the wrong product. When she tried to tell me they gave me this product since they were out of the one I requested, I told her this isn’t remotely what I had in my order and I even put no substitutes.
