Dropped by this location looking for a couple of non-standard items. The staff at this store are great! Knowledgeable and helpful. They had one item and took me right to it. For the other, went above and beyond for me - looked it up and gave me solid input an it's status. As expected with Spec's, the store was clean, well stocked and everything else I needed was easy to fine. Great store, great employees.
It was a decent experience stopping by at this location, the cashier seemed friendly , got some individual shots and a case of beer! I have taken a pic of the beer that I took from here, I love trying different kinds of beer so Spec’s is one of the locations for the reason!!
The African american woman working Tuesday afternoon was rude with an attitude. I was at the wrong location picking up an order by mistake and she had an attitude about it. She was not friendly at all. I've worked customer service for 20 years and she is not customer service oriented!
Very polite and courteous.The prices are right and veterans.They do give you your discount.I would like to thank these guys for acknowledging our service and also having some of the best customer service.And wanted the queenly , a story that i've ever been to
I will give this place 2 stars because of the fact of the great customer service. This place lacks a variety of choices on different products. Best to visit Total Wine.
