It was a decent experience stopping by at this location, the cashier seemed friendly , got some individual shots and a case of beer! I have taken a pic of the beer that I took from here, I love trying different kinds of beer so Spec’s is one of the locations for the reason!!
The African american woman working Tuesday afternoon was rude with an attitude. I was at the wrong location picking up an order by mistake and she had an attitude about it. She was not friendly at all. I've worked customer service for 20 years and she is not customer service oriented!
Very polite and courteous.The prices are right and veterans.They do give you your discount.I would like to thank these guys for acknowledging our service and also having some of the best customer service.And wanted the queenly , a story that i've ever been to
My favorite Specs or any place to go for regular and non alcoholic spirits and beer and wine; great selection. The staff is amazing! - always helpful, kind, and accommodating to requests where possible.
Customer service is good. I just won't be back because it is so small inside. Someone needs to do a space study in there. I'm sure the space can be utilized better for more of a streamline flow. Where is the checkout line?
