Unprofessional, rude and disrepectful staff! Have been a regular customer of Specs (particularly this store) for years but was utterly humiliated and met with unacceptable, abhorrent behavior this evening by their staff. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I gave them a three star only because I think customer service is very important and the cashiers being at the front need a little bit of training on customer service and being a little friendlier. The alcohol variety is excellent, although I wish they would carry some Blantons, but I do know there’s only a handful that is shipped out so that is hard to get (unless you know someone). The wine folks are friendly and knowledgeable, but I’ve had one too many bad experiences at the counter with rude employees. I’ll either make the trip to Total Wine or pay a little extra at Twin. Life’s too short to have to deal with rudeness (looking at you, Kyle).

First time visiting this location on Ronald Reagan with my dad to check out the cigar selection which I was very impressed by the selection. The bathrooms were very clean and pleasant experience. The lady working even asked if we need any help great service aside from the bald employee with glasses leaning against the counter with a judgmental look on his face and having a staring contest with me for some reason if you hate your job that much find another one buddy probably won’t be back

This is worse place to get your groceries on the weekend. Today I waited 5 hours past my set curbside pickup. NO FREAKING EXCUSES. I WILL BE CONTACTING THERE HQ ABOUT THIS
