The female short employee with black long hair is the rudest person ever instead of helping she’s just patronizing and feeling like she owns the place. I went to buy some drinks me and my boyfriend. Spec’s will deny you service if everyone in your party does not have a physical ID. The problem however, is that this location allows MINORS (elementary school age kids) to roam freely in the store. During my visit, my husband (38) was about to check out and was rudely turned away because I (37) did not have my physical ID with me. (Only a picture). Pretty good bourbon and whiskey selection. Beer, wine etc are all here. Military and Cash discount makes this my go to for liquor. Beer is a bit pricey.
Terrible service, terrival experience, and terrival customer service. Employees not training well asking for some people ID but not everyone equally.
I asked if they could stock my favorite beer and they said NO and walked away. Great customer service (not)
