I will be stopping here every time in near! I love the huge selection of brews, not to forget they also have a HUGE selection on cigars, very fresh, reasonable price, nice atmosphere, staff is super cool and friendly. A must stop!! Tell em BIGGS sent you!!

I've had two terrible experiences at this Specs location. My recent experience, I was denied a holiday purchase. I was told I didn't have enough points for the key holder. I even called another specs location and was told there's no point limitations.The same day, my cousin bought the holiday drink without even being asked for her ID or being a key holder. I just hope that customers aren't being discriminated against. I went in excited to try this new holiday drink and left disappointed.

Would it kill y’all to be friendly to PAYING customers?! Every time I shop here, y’all are rude af! Y’all may have cheap prices, but no business is too big to fail. See ya never jerks!

I made a purchase through the app for pick up and 2 out of the 4 items I purchased were wrong. By the time I noticed I was home already. When I called they told me all I could do was go back so they could give me the actual items I ordered. That would've been over 40 minutes round trip. I was busy getting everything ready for Thanksgiving and couldn't go. They then put me on hold just so they could come on the line and literally say the same thing and just apologize by saying "my bad".

They profile you at this store. They pick and choose who to ask IDs from. My sister and i split up in store and i ended up stepping out to the dollar store because they did not have the brand we were looking for. They refused to sell the drinks my sister had picked up because i stepped out. They were adamant in seeing my ID so i had to walk all the way back from the dollar store just to show them my id. Im 29 years old. As we were back in line i noticed they werent asking anyone else for IDs. Way to discriminate Specs.
