Had a good experience here picking out some drinks for New Year’s Eve. The employees were nice and helpful, except Lee. The entire time he was yelling at customers to get in line and directing them to closed or occupied registers. The lady who he directed me to, kindly told me that her lane was closed and then got yelled at by him because he made the wrong call. In preparation for a party, my wife and I stopped in the Spec's on the Katy Freeway, and was immediately greeted by Paul. we had a list of things we were picking up and we were in a bit of a hurry so he stayed with us the entire time, he was incredibly knowledgeable and made several suggestions that we took him up on. I always get great service when I come in here And the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Paul was above and beyond their normal great service and even helped us load. Great location! In and out with no problems. Specs always has a wide selection and friendly and knowledgeable staff. This location is no different, it is great!
I am frequent shopper here. Associates are all very nice and helpful. But, of late, only one cashier checking out a line of customers with 6+ associates, apparently not cashiered trained, standing around. Not a good look.
Fantastic selection at reasonable prices. Love to see what allocated items are in stock. Friendly knowledge staff is glad to help.
