Spec’s is an okay size store, not huge. Looked like there were lots of choices for wine. I wasn’t that impressed with the rum choices and they didn’t have the rim salt I was looking for, said they were out. There were “samples” available you could try while shopping. I counted approximately seven different products. Good way to see if you like something before you buy. And Spec’s offers a small discount if you pay with cash or debit card.
So completely disappointed in staff and management. We have a party tomorrow, Sat 3/22 we ordered a keg for that party on Monday 3/17, showed up today to pick it up and was told it was never ordered. When talking to the employee we were told, “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Keep in mind, WE WERE CHARGED FOR THE KEG! Asked for the manager, talked to Cody. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, but something is up with their cigar room. I've bought 5 cigars from this location over the last month and 4/5 were dried. They would light up when first lit and the wrappers were flaky. I've had this issue with 3 Smoke Factory cigars and 1 Texas Cigar Brothers cigar. All of these are coincidentally close to the door. I ordered delivery through Uber eats. It was going to Walmart. Obviously I do not live at Walmart I try to change the address it will not let me so I had to cancel it so specs charged me $85 for merchandise it was not delivered to me and they got to keep it and sell it again they have a no problem scamming senior citizens like me and they have no conscience about it so therefore I tell all my friends and anybody who listens not to shop at Spec's Liquor Store they are Crooks
I wish there were more stars to give!! Their prices are great the selection is incredible and if they dont have it they will do their best to get it for you. I also love how they support local Texas breweries and distillers and always have someone new and local to try.
