Really happy that this store came to my neighborhood. Selection and availability are great. My one issue is, I don't understand why I'm not allowed to key in my number for the Specs Key Card. I am a member. The cashier told me I would t get a discount on anything I would normally buy. How would he know? This just happened. Odd. 🤔
Pur first time in due to the storm. Clean store. Sam was super friendly and helpful!
It has a pretty good selection. It didn’t have anything that stood out from the other liquor stores around here.
Manager Greg is the WORST person to deal with, lies about what is in stock, and does not put inventory out from the office. Shop for allocations when he's not there. Assistant manager is very helpful
Shout out to Spec’s employee “Sam” for recommending Gastro Gin. He approached me and asked me if I needed assistance in selecting something. I told him I was looking for Hendrick’s gin. He showed me the gin I requested but told me about a new gin named Gastro. I was hesitant to buy it but Sam was a true spirit connoisseur and swayed me over to the Gastro. I came home and after my first sip I exclaimed, “Goddam that’s good!! Sam the Man!!” I appreciate the great customer service there because Sam came through in the clutch.
