We were able to pick up a keg at this location last minute after another non-Spec's entity canceled on us. After a slight hiccup with the return, Garrett (Store Manager) and Katrina went above and beyond to get us taken care of. It's this level of customer service that will keep us coming back to this location forever! Way to be better than the rest!
Got to love this place! They have it all. Go on a weekend and you're sure to find a staff member to help you find your very specific of needs. I love this place
Bad service! So unfriendly. A female cashier person has a very bad mouth and attitude when confronted why failure to inform customer that they would charge 5 percent more for using credit card until it was caught. She walked away and said I don't have to deal with this Infront of her store manager who witnessed the whole incident but it's seems swept under the carpet. Definitely never shop here again...
Who knew I could have so much fun at a liquor store? Usually the fun starts after you leave! Came in for Champagne which I know nothing about. Was helped by a girl whose name I wish I got. She was like freaking "Rain Man" when it came to her knowledge on Champagne and the grapes. Thought I wanted this name brand champs but I was educated and went with another because the name brand one I wanted actually didn't grow their own grapes. Theres nicer locations but they'll have what you need. Beer is cheaper at the grocery store.
