Always great customer service!! Nice, large selection of liquors and wines including tons of different miniature sized bottles of liquor! Low prices, great sales and 5% discount for using cash or debit! Specs also offers a 10% Military discount!! Highly recommended!!!
The young man who checked me out overcharged me for the pecan pie I purchased, which wasn't the problem. Mistakes happen. The issue for me was that when I went back in to get it corrected, a different person assisted me. She was very nice, by the way. When she told the young man who originally checked me out that a mistake was made and told him how to ring the pies up, he just kind of shrugged his shoulders in a nonchalant way and pretty much disregarded he'd made a mistake. Very rude staff, Also extremely uneducated as to the products they carry. I went in to purchase some beaujoals nouveau. The staff had 0 clue what I was asking for. When I explained what it was for the third time, and that I was surprised Specs did not have better training for staff. I was told " you don't have to spend money here if you don't like it" this is a very sad departure from what I have come to expect from Sepcs. Guess I'm a total wine customer now
Always helpful staff and like it when they have tasting of new items...very helpful in deciding if you want to buy it or not.
We were able to pick up a keg at this location last minute after another non-Spec's entity canceled on us. After a slight hiccup with the return, Garrett (Store Manager) and Katrina went above and beyond to get us taken care of. It's this level of customer service that will keep us coming back to this location forever! Way to be better than the rest!
