They have very nice staff at this location. Very nice people. The store itself is a little dated. I think it needs lighting and they do not have a humidor. They do carry cigars,but a very small selection. See pics. They have a healthy amount beer selection and the actually have #chocovine wine....so sweet. They have a nice amount of whiskey and rum. It does not have a humidor and I did not see any caviar, but I had to give it 5 stars. Great customer service and smiles go along way.

The employees that work here are always doing something and when approached are always ready to help you, I haven't had a bad interaction with any of them , I stop there at most twice a month and at least once , I doubt any of them recognize me but they always say hello when I enter and it's an easy in and out process

As soon as I walked in I was followed around like I was going to steal. The man did not speak, did not ask if I needed help. He just followed me down every isle. I will never shop here again!!

I like this store because it’s small. It’s one of the smaller pet Spec’s stores that has a large selection and the employees there are very helpful and informative. The person that checked us out was Michelle she’s a very nice lady. Thank you guys.

I don't particularly like being blamed by a cashier for having to re-ring an order because I failed to announce myself as an Instacart shopper -- not even to my face but offhand to another employee -- when that cashier doesn't even greet me and customer service in general is non-existent. Exchange was pleasant enough, and selection of bottles was decent (if not haphazard), but I remember a time when going to work was about serving people, not just going through the motions and disregarding everyone but yourself.
