This is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I just came in to buy some Bailey’s. The lady behind the counter was rude, condescending and just down right an unhappy person. I will drive 200 miles somewhere else just not to ever see her again. What a shame. Especially around Christmas.
I check my account an hour later just to realize they charged me for 2 bottles and I only got one. I will go back tomorrow but thats an inconvenience and hopefully they believe that I only bought one bottle. Hopefully they have a camera to realize it was only one bottle that was purchased. Listen, learned, Check your receipt before you leave.
This place is always stocked and the employees are great
Very nice calm and chill and employees. Small shop but not crowded.
The only reason i came to this store was because its vloser to my office. But i will take an extra 10min and go down the road for better customer service. I was looking for a wine and ask for help. The gentleman assisted me.. when i went to check out they had samples. I tried it..didnt care for it and asumed i thru it in trash that was there.
