This is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I just came in to buy some Bailey’s. The lady behind the counter was rude, condescending and just down right an unhappy person. I will drive 200 miles somewhere else just not to ever see her again. What a shame. Especially around Christmas.
I check my account an hour later just to realize they charged me for 2 bottles and I only got one. I will go back tomorrow but thats an inconvenience and hopefully they believe that I only bought one bottle. Hopefully they have a camera to realize it was only one bottle that was purchased. Listen, learned, Check your receipt before you leave.
The only reason i came to this store was because its vloser to my office. But i will take an extra 10min and go down the road for better customer service. I was looking for a wine and ask for help. The gentleman assisted me.. when i went to check out they had samples. I tried it..didnt care for it and asumed i thru it in trash that was there. I went in looking 4 a white Moscato. An employee greeted me & asked if he could help me find something. I didn't get his name. Sorry. I said, yes & I told him I was looking 4 a white Moscato. He showed me where the Moscato was located & even helped me by recommending Stella Rosa Moscato D' Asti
Dee is the best. Always nice and a please to see.
