Horrible customer service. DO NOt order curb side pick up. I parked , texted this number here. And no one took my stuff out like the text said they would be. I waited 17 min and finally went in. The older female cashier said she got confused and thought I was going in for it. If you guys offer this service, then act like it. If no one has the intention to go out there and deliver to the car then DO NOt pretend to offer this service. My order was wrong and incomplete. I’m gonna have to go to total wine to get this order fixed
Not their fault the power has been out off and on but they are selling spoiled wine. I purchased a box of Sauvignon Blanc a few days ago and it poured out brown and the taste a first sip was gross! When I returned the spoiled wine, I purchased a box of pinto Grigio, a bottle of SB, and some vodka when I returned the spoiled box of wine only to get another. The bottle of SV and Vodka were golden, but the boxed wine. SPOILED! Never say never but when it comes to wine, I’ll NEVER buy from here again!
Good selections and very clean store. Would have left a higher rating but the cashier BRENDA was very rude and gave us an attitude. She seemed like she did not want to be at work.
Went to spec a couple days ago to grab something to snack on and after eating several bites and a uncomfortable taste in my mouth, I discovered the gourmet snack had been expired since November of 2021! Not to mention it’s august of 2022!!!! So discussed Tried calling them multiple times Friday the again Monday and so answer!!!!! The employees has to do better at checking and rotating items out
We came here looking for a couple things and ran into one of the workers, Josh. He is so friendly, helpful, and awesome. He was able to help multiple people at once, dude deserves a raise 👏
