Horrible customer service. DO NOt order curb side pick up. I parked , texted this number here. And no one took my stuff out like the text said they would be. I waited 17 min and finally went in. The older female cashier said she got confused and thought I was going in for it. If you guys offer this service, then act like it. If no one has the intention to go out there and deliver to the car then DO NOt pretend to offer this service. My order was wrong and incomplete. I’m gonna have to go to total wine to get this order fixed
Went to spec a couple days ago to grab something to snack on and after eating several bites and a uncomfortable taste in my mouth, I discovered the gourmet snack had been expired since November of 2021! Not to mention it’s august of 2022!!!! So discussed Tried calling them multiple times Friday the again Monday and so answer!!!!! The employees has to do better at checking and rotating items out

They are stealing people’s money by putting fake prices. Don’t go there.
This specs is conveniently located but the parking and access to and from is a complete nightmare. As with all SPECs, they still punish you for using a credit card. Most of their stock is higher than total wine. This store is old looking and needs some renovation. I mostly choose not to shop here due to the credit card fees and this particular location due to the horrible parking lot. I will come here only as a last option.
