We needed to restock the wine cellar (aka utility room off kitchen) and wanted to try the latest new liquor store in Plano. Layout and offerings much the same as others we have shopped. Helpful staff. We noticed a few items not found at Total Wine stores so we will come back for them. Posted a few photos.
Excellent service from the crew. As soon as you walk in the door they greet you. Every time. They have more than just booze. There are some great food choices as well. I bought a pound of their whole bean coffee. Very nice. Thank you to Rocky and friends.
Event - Thursday 03/15/2024. Very poor customer service and unprofessional approach from Ashley. One of your employees named Ashley does not pay attention to her job. She was busy having informal discussion with another employee while attending to a customer (myself). It’s also insultive that she declined to sell me a drink in the name of asking of ID. I am a scotch whisky fan and this place sure does have a superb selection of them! Like their prices and the setup is nice. If you are looking a for a good liquor selection and a worthy alternative to Total wines then surely stop by.
Awesome location! They have a good selection of spirits and wine as well as snacks! Customer service was excellent
