I placed the order immediately after a hurricaine and my only complaint was that my order was done at 8:45 when I had ordered at 2ish, about fifteen minutes before the store closed. I stopped in the next day to pick up the order and it turns out that someone had marked the order as completed / picked up, and I wasn't as in and out as online pickup was advertised. I came to pickup a curbside order. Black heavy set long hair with purple or red highlights and elderly black lady cashier seems lost and confused and white girl employee trying to figured out the order for customers. Went with my husband and son to get 1 Bottle of tequila I forgot my purse at home bc why would I need it I’m with my husband & they kept saying card payments on one lane so we go because people in line are asking if anyone is paying with card so we go to the line and there is someone before us and then the manager (Leslie “supposedly”) is like y’all still need to be in line we are Hispanic and there was a black lady in front of us and she was like well they called card and she let her pay no hesitation and we are next and sh... read more
By far the worst Specs I have been to. Feels unsafe outside, armed guard sitting inside the door. Poor cigar selection and no walk in humidor. I left within 2 minutes of arriving. Pick a different Specs if you are wise.
Nice store similar to total wine. No issues here. I was good to go to my hotel after visiting this location
