They've got everything and anything you could hope to buy. Place is never busy and there's great parking and really quite a large collection of wine and spirits. They've got sodas and limes and different small things like that, that top off your drink. The staff is professional, informative and well versed on what they sale and are all very familiar with their store and readily available to help you find what you're looking for or recommend something that accurately fits the taste you're looking for. Great place.
It's a great store and the chasiers and floor personnel are great. The so called manager Justin is a complete jerk. Asked if about some other bottles that might be coming in and got " I don't care about that and I don't follow that stuff". Said he had much better things to worry about and had to much on his plate. I guess he doesn't understand customer service. Very rude and disrespectful young man. Very disappointed.
Thus is my favorite store to go too, and nit just fir Alcohol, Specs has a little bit of everything that's shonuff going to wet your whistle!!!!
Didn't have Tha tequila I wanted. Staff was useless as far as making sure Tha customer knew where Tha product was. I asked where's this or that and all she did was point. There was maybe 6 or 7 staff members. And not many customers at Tha time. I doubt that owners of any of these Waco businesses keep their staff aware of customers putting out these reviews out to Tha public.
Cashier’s pick and choose if/when they will I.D. guests. Visited this store several times with my sibling and mother and they always only I.D. the person who was buying the alcohol. Visited with my husband and I was buying the alcohol for me. They I.D. both of us and told us they couldn’t accept his paper I.D. even though I was the one buying the liquor for me. If you’re going to enforce regulations, enforce them across the board. Otherwise, it comes off as very sexist and racist.
