I came to this location to purchase some wine.. I was asked if I needed any help and I told her that I was fine because I was waiting on my husband to come back from the restroom. When I wasn’t able to locate the sauvignon blanc she passed by again so I asked her and she wasn’t friendly almost like I was bothering her because I didn’t accept her help prior. I buy alot of bottle to add to my personal collection, and so I go around to many specs locations but this location i only the 2nd to have personal service like this, to ask me what I was looking for, help me find a great bottle, and ensure I had everything I needed. Absolutely perfect customer service!
What a selection!!!! I enjoy Bourbon, and there was so much to choose from! Great staff and clean bathroom. Good job, Specs!
The store manager and all the employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
Great service here, has pretty much everything. beer, wine, spirits, cigars, and accessories like torch lighters and cigar cutters plus home bar stuff too. My favorite is the rum and the deadwood brand cigars.
