I went to purchase cigars as I have done in the past. Noticed that the humidor was off; I asked the clerk, "How long it has been off because it felt like a sauna?" The female manager came over and said, "I had it off all morning because I want it at a certain temperature." Told her that's not a good excuse. She responded, "We are not a cigar shop." horrible customer service. i unfortunately could not make a payment and had asked to remove some things from my cart and was met with a huff from the cashier and was given attitude as well by said cashier. rude overall even after we apologized profusely. would. not. recommend. this. store. 💕

The other day this cashier was being so rude to me for no reason. He was very passive aggressive. I don’t remember his name but all I remember is that he had a long ponytail. Other than that the place was fine. Just really bad customer service.
Specs is a huge store, selling beer, wine, liquor and other alcoholic drinks. They also sell soda and other mixers as well as drink supplies and novelties. Due to their size, they can sell wide selections of all their offerings. They had a nice selection of single-malt Scotch and an impressive variety of sake.
