A staff member came up to me and started acting weird, presumably because I look really young and possible underage. He asks me how he can help, I say I’m looking for a specific liquor, and he proceeds to tell me “it’s behind the counter but we shouldn’t even have it. Its trash.” Doesn’t recommend anything better or say anything else, just says only that and gives me a dirty look as if I’m guilty of something. Very strange and rude experience but not the first time it’s happened here.
I went in on a Thursday for the following: Bud longnecks 12 pack, Miller High Life 12 pack bottles, Lone star bottles six pack, and Guinness 8 pack. The store DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE ONE OF THESE ITEMS IN STOCK. Seriously? Went to Kroger and they had every single item, and they were cheaper! Best store out there. Usually have Pappiez and Russel’s 15 on the shelf. Got a couple twoferones there as well. 5 stars!
I had an amazing experience at Spec's thanks to Kya! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Kya's dedication and persistence were truly impressive—she didn’t stop searching until we found the perfect item. Her friendly attitude and expertise made my shopping experience a breeze. I'll definitely be returning, all thanks to Kya's outstanding service!
Awesome customer service and product selection. I normally go to total wine which is closer but will go to specs after the nice and different selection.
