Awesome customer service and product selection. I normally go to total wine which is closer but will go to specs after the nice and different selection.
Totally unprofessional, always. There were 3 employees behind the counter when I walked in, and no one acknowledged me or the other 3 customers that walked in at the same time. The employees at the store are more interested in talking to each other than helping the customer. Rude. And, Covid is over take off the mask. Instead go to Angel’s. Old woMAN in the front asked me to step outside the store as if I am some type of animal. I am 30 years old and was kicked out rudely by the older gentlewoman in the store tonight.
Marnie is an exceptional liquor clerk at Spec's! She is incredibly knowledgeable about all types of liquor and can recommend the perfect bottle for any occasion. Her customer service skills are top-notch, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied. Place is great, I do game nights with friends on Mondays, I stop by each Monday after work to grab some drinks and the store is well stocked and has great employees, the older lady with a mask at the checkout always makes sure I have had a good day and got the right mixers for the liquor that I got and has even given me great suggestions of drinks to make and try. This is my new "home" spec even though I used to frequent the on off parker road. The staff here is fantastic!
