Idk who the blonde cashier is, but every time I go to this location, she greets me and is always very nice and helpful. I live 40 minutes from this location, but I make the stop just because the customer service I receive from her.

I went in with a specific wine request and their expert Sean was not only able to direct me to exactly what I was looking for (a Spanish Reserva), but also suggested additional bottles. The service was excellent and they had an amazing selection of international wines and I'll be returning soon.

I want to encourage customers to check their card transaction activity after making a purchase at this store location. My gift card I used in Plano, Texas was skimmed and I discovered 2 days later when trying to use my card for a different purchase, my remaining balance was depleted for a Shell Oil purchase made all the way in Houston where the Spec's headquarters is located. A staff member came up to me and started acting weird. He asks me how he can help, I say I’m looking for a specific liquor, and he proceeds to tell me “it’s behind the counter but we shouldn’t even have it. Its trash.” Doesn’t recommend anything better or say anything else, just says only that and gives me a dirty look as if I’m guilty of something. Very strange and rude experience but not the first time it’s happened here.

Who is in charge of hiring for this place? Every.single.time. I come the staff has nothing but contempt for the customers. It's truly unbelievable the bad attitudes here. Going back to mom and pop stores from now on. Don't say I didn't warn you.
