I had an amazing experience at Spec's thanks to Kya! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Kya's dedication and persistence were truly impressive—she didn’t stop searching until we found the perfect item. Her friendly attitude and expertise made my shopping experience a breeze. Awesome customer service and product selection. I normally go to total wine which is closer but will go to specs after the nice and different selection.
Totally unprofessional, always. There were 3 employees behind the counter when I walked in, and no one acknowledged me or the other 3 customers that walked in at the same time. The employees at the store are more interested in talking to each other than helping the customer. Rude. And, Covid is over take off the mask. Instead go to Angel’s. Old woMAN in the front asked me to step outside the store as if I am some type of animal. I am 30 years old and was kicked out rudely by the older gentlewoman in the store tonight.
The cashier staff here is condescending and rude and I will not come back. It has been more than once. They treat people as if they are incompetent, just as another reviewer stated. Rude tone and very impatient with people. I saw one of the cashiers borderline yell at an older woman in front of me in line because she was having trouble using the card reader.
