Came for a doordash order -mind you I've never been to this store before. Showed the manager I had a doordash order and asked for help. He rudely told me where everything was. I then got everything and at the checkout he made a huge deal about me not telling him I had a doordash order ( I literally showed him my phone with the list of items that said doordash on it ) . I had a really disappointing experience at this store. I was shopping and had taken a cart with me. While I was looking at some shot games, a staff member came up and just took my cart away without even asking properly. When I told him it was mine, he rudely said he needed it for another customer and walked off with it. I’m not sure why he couldn’t just get another cart from the entrance, there were plenty. I don't care what location you go to. The staff is always helpful. They must be trained to handle multiple people at one time because they do a great job of it. You're friendly and they know their stuff. Mixers to wine to liquor. They know it all.
This location has a large variety with extremely knowledgeable staff. Wife and I were looking for a specific type of wine and the staff helped us out in no time. The selections suggested was far superb to what we were expecting. Will be back, hopefully, soon.
Idk who the blonde cashier is, but every time I go to this location, she greets me and is always very nice and helpful. I live 40 minutes from this location, but I make the stop just because the customer service I receive from her.
