I had a really disappointing experience at this store. I was shopping and had taken a cart with me. While I was looking at some shot games, a staff member came up and just took my cart away without even asking properly. When I told him it was mine, he rudely said he needed it for another customer and walked off with it. I’m not sure why he couldn’t just get another cart from the entrance, there were plenty. Idk who the blonde cashier is, but every time I go to this location, she greets me and is always very nice and helpful. I live 40 minutes from this location, but I make the stop just because the customer service I receive from her.
I went in with a specific wine request and their expert Sean was not only able to direct me to exactly what I was looking for (a Spanish Reserva), but also suggested additional bottles. The service was excellent and they had an amazing selection of international wines and I'll be returning soon.
Who is in charge of hiring for this place? Every.single.time. I come the staff has nothing but contempt for the customers. It's truly unbelievable the bad attitudes here. Going back to mom and pop stores from now on. Don't say I didn't warn you.
I want to encourage customers to check their card transaction activity after making a purchase at this store location. My gift card I used in Plano, Texas was skimmed and I discovered 2 days later when trying to use my card for a different purchase, my remaining balance was depleted for a Shell Oil purchase made all the way in Houston where the Spec's headquarters is located.
