This location has a slightly smaller selection of oddities, but I can reliably get my basics here at a good price. But what keeps me coming back time and time again is Nina. Nina greets every single customer, proactively asks if you need assistance, and is ready with a recommendation at the drop of a hat. The difference between good and great is consistency, and Nina is great.
NEVER coming here again , Melissa the cashier was so rude from the beginning soon as i walked in asked for something behind the glass she made faces like she didn’t wanna get it then as im waiting for a price check she talks about a customer that had just walked of the store laughing at him , then as im patient waiting for the manger to do price check she makes a comment “i just wanna shoot my self in the foot right now” i feel like she is very unprofessional and needs to go thru training again.
I love the prices, but the staff is a bit dull. Nobody seems to be happy. Its very odd.. Cheer up people things could be worse. Pretending to be happy is your job. CHEERio
We went to pickup an Uber order for a customer and aksed a senior woman where would we be able to pickup an order who didn't acknowledge us AT ALL and just walked past us and (we moved out of the way) with no response so I assumed she wasn't going to help us so we asked the other employees who were just standing by the register where we can pickup. Helpful employees and fast service. The store was clean and well organized even though it was a week before Christmas.
