Just called this location asking about a gift idea and wanted to share that Richard - I believe the store manager - was incredibly kind, and so much so that I am leaving a review! Great customer service is a rarity these days, not to mention general kindness from stranger to stranger. Thank you, Richard, for being so caring even if your location did not have what I was looking for. We will look to come to your location in the future just because of how you treated me!

I absolutely love Specs!!! The people are always so helpful. I ALWAYS need a cart when I go. They are good about helping me with the items I can't pronounce or explain to me that it's a vineyard not the brand, Hell I don't know, but by the time I leave I have clearer thoughts on my purchases. They make the best gift giving baskets if you're looking for holiday ideas and prices aren't bad.
