Richard, Gloria, RJ, and their staff make this a fun store. They all seem to be in a good spirit toward every customer. They welcome me whenever I come in. They remember their customer's preferences and are quick to point out specials that are relevant to me. That makes me feel welcome, important, and appreciated.
Went to pick up wine for my husband, showed the woman a picture of the bottle, she sent me to the wrong aisle. Called my husband, who navigated me directly to the bottle. Honestly, I usually don't have this problem with this location. Everyone is usually knowledgeable. Here's a tip, if you don't know, ask for help and don't send customers wandering around with wrong information, leave the empty register and help me find what I'm looking for. Thanks!
I work at Spec's and I do like working there. Since I've been there I've learned a lot about different kinds of wines, tequila, and all kinds of alcohol and mixing suggestions. It's really interesting.
I like the manager Richard. He is so friendly and always listen to what you are looking for. Though this is not a big store but I enjoy coming here talking to Richard. He manages this store good and make you want to stay a bit longer and explore. I’ll keep coming back. One of the best specs in Houston area.
Great location in Katy on Gaston Rd in the Kroger shopping! This location has a great team of Employees who know their Spirits and are ready to help when you walk in! I worked an event promoting Branson Cognac VSOP Grande Champagne ✨ and the Tasting went well with a special thanks to the gentleman that purchased a bottle of 50 Cents deliciously smooth Cognac. Visit this location for the great selection and super awesome team!
