I work all around the city of Houston so I’ve visited a ton of different Specs. This location is by far my favorite and it has everything to do with the customer service. Gloria and Richard and probably 2 of the nicest and sweetest people I’ve ever met. They are always super helpful and personable. I come to this location whenever I have a job in the Katy area so I don’t go super often but when I do, they treat me like I’m a frequent regular. I plan on making all my purchases here now and I live in Pearland!
Went to pick up wine for my husband, showed the woman a picture of the bottle, she sent me to the wrong aisle. Called my husband, who navigated me directly to the bottle. Honestly, I usually don't have this problem with this location. Everyone is usually knowledgeable. Here's a tip, if you don't know, ask for help and don't send customers wandering around with wrong information, leave the empty register and help me find what I'm looking for. Thanks!
Richard, Gloria, RJ, and their staff make this a fun store. They all seem to be in a good spirit toward every customer. They welcome me whenever I come in. They remember their customer's preferences and are quick to point out specials that are relevant to me. That makes me feel welcome, important, and appreciated.
I like the manager Richard. He is so friendly and always listen to what you are looking for. Though this is not a big store but I enjoy coming here talking to Richard. He manages this store good and make you want to stay a bit longer and explore. I’ll keep coming back. One of the best specs in Houston area.
We love this store! Not only is 5 min away from our house but their costumer service is amazing. Russ is knowledgeable about spirits , food and takes the time to talks with the costumer and give recommendations. Today he suggested us a different gin based on our selection, and he nailed it!
