Walked through the door and was greeted, then after telling Kind woman what we were looking for, she walked us back and explained what would be sweeter for my Friends taste. Check out was just as amazing with two other cashiers. If I could give them 100 Gold Stars, I would. This store employees Understand Customer Service. Thank you, everyone. The staff here is absolutely phenomenal! I wouldn’t stop any place else if I need help & suggestions. The staff here is so incredibly kind, helpful, & above all, KNOWLEDGEABLE! I came here to purchase my first bottle of Dom Perrion, I was educated on Texas wines here, and I learned a lot about how to pair cheese and snacks with wines and champagnes and other spirits. It wasn’t my usual store where I buy. Little far from my home but sure I’m coming again because of the service from the guy named Porter. He was amazingly knowledgeable and very willingly explained me about whiskeys and tequilas. I was there just to buy me some beer and a gin but I really got convinced and bought myself my first Japanese whiskey and I’m excited to try it. It’s a big blessing for businesses to have such employees like Porter.
I went to Spec’s specifically looking for VMC Paloma by Canelo Álvarez, only to find out they don’t carry it. For a store that prides itself on having a vast selection, it’s disappointing that they’re missing something as popular as this. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful either—when I asked about it, they just shrugged and said they don’t have it, with no effort to check if it could be ordered or if another location might have it. Terrible customer service. Website is out of date and incorrect. Don’t even off a greeting when they answer the phone lol. I rate them trash.
