Everyone is so kind except one person. Tyler is the most rudest person I’ve ever met. I have overheard him use profanity and talk down on customers who he previously helped in front of customers to the other employees while they ring up customers. I asked for help from him once before all the rudeness I heard come out his mouth and he sighed and rolled his eyes. He is very judgmental and does not know what he is talking. I walked in wanting a cheap prosecco that wasn't too sweet for New Year's. I asked the nearest employee, and he double checked on a bottle with his coworkers. It was the PERFECT PICK!! Thank you so much. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.

It is relatively small store and the selection of products is not as big as other Specs. But employees are very helpful and courteous and overall atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming

Good customer service! The cashier was nice. They were outta of the wine that I wanted, but she helped me pick out some that was similar

Very friendly employees, which is vital since this store doesn't carry everything. They quickly helped search their other stores to find what we needed.
