They’re friendly and I always find what I’m looking for.
Great place. Every staff member I saw stopped what they were doing to greet me and offer any type of assistance. The store had a great selection. They appeared to have almost anything you are looking for. Including coffee and food. I am definitely making this the store I go to for things I need.
Leonard looks like she'd rather be anywhere than working here. Why are you so mad? After reading other reviews, it's obvious customer service isn't one of their priorities. What a shame.
The staff here were excellent, one associate stopped and help me find the Wandering Poet Saki btw the are the only liquor store that had this saki in stock! I wish I could remember his name. He was an older white gentleman with glasses.... then Efern checked me out and even though I carried the item to the counter, he stopped and got me a box to ensure it would be easier for me to carry the items out. Truly 5 star service all around! I will be back even though I live in North Hills! Best service in El Paso!
Worst customer service, I have never had this type of service the cashier was rude as heck when I asked to update my number for the rewards program and dismissed me right away saying it wasn’t possible when I have done it in store. I get the holidays is overwhelming but no need to be rude when I didn’t give attitude.
