I only ever get ice at this Specs because it’s close by my house. The last couple of times, the ice has been old (crystallized) and in one huge chunk. I stopped buying wine and spirits at Specs because I was overcharged on three different occasions (not this particular location). Seems like now I won’t even be getting ice at this location.

Worst liquor I've ever seen. Walked in today 4/10/25 to two male employee joking around with each other and loudly cursing every other word. I grabbed my items and went to the counter. There was a nice female employee working but she had another customer so she asked the two male employee that were still playing with each other and cursing so that the whole store could hear them. I love the variety they provide. Even have THC drinks for the non-alcoholic drinker who wants to party.

The young white guy with glasses at the front desk tonight was rude and unhelpful. He was on his phone and seemed upset when I asked for help. After he looked up the wine I was asking about he just said no we don’t that even after I asked him to check what type of red he said they didn’t have. I walked out empty handed and with a bad impression of this store.
