I recently visited this store looking for a whiskey to bring to a barbecue and had no idea what to choose. Tristyn C immediately stood out with her exceptional customer service. She asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and recommended a cookie dough whiskey, suggesting I mix it with Dr Pepper for a “Tootsie Roll” flavor. I’ve been shopping at Specs in Wichita Falls for 10 years. Always by a case of my preferred bourbon. Sometimes they would be a bottle or two short, so I would fill in the two bottles with something else. ALWAYS.. Always still got the case price. Last two times that I was there the lady (I use the term lady loosely ) did not do this and was very rude. I’m assuming that she was maybe a mgr. She was of African decent. Words don’t even describe this place. It’s like a ‘kid in a candy store’ but for adults. They always have what I want in stock. Clean and stocked isles. I rock that ‘get some bunny love’ shirt with pride even though I’m not an employee. Great prices and obviously a huge selection from all sorts of the world. You can’t leave dissatisfied.
The folks there were great it was more like talking to friends than a clerk. They are very knowledgeable about what I wanted. They also offered other examples of other drinks I may like.
Very un satisfying customer service Trump should take care of that as well, need better respecting personnel. Shelves are also always empty Trucks never on time not well stocked Beware shop elsewhere !!!!!
