I recently visited this store looking for a whiskey to bring to a barbecue and had no idea what to choose. Tristyn C immediately stood out with her exceptional customer service. She asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and recommended a cookie dough whiskey, suggesting I mix it with Dr Pepper for a “Tootsie Roll” flavor. I’ve been shopping at Specs in Wichita Falls for 10 years. Always by a case of my preferred bourbon. Sometimes they would be a bottle or two short, so I would fill in the two bottles with something else. ALWAYS.. Always still got the case price. Last two times that I was there the lady (I use the term lady loosely ) did not do this and was very rude. I’m assuming that she was maybe a mgr. She was of African decent. The folks there were great it was more like talking to friends than a clerk. They are very knowledgeable about what I wanted. They also offered other examples of other drinks I may like.
