No employees want to help and it's clear! I walked in for the first time and was kind of looking around as 5 employees stood at the register bay directly next to me to my left, and not ONE asked me if they could help. Its nice to finally have a chain liquor store in Prosper but I wish it was another one. I hate their penalty for using a credit card. They call it a discount for using cash/debit but their discount price is the same as other chains price regardless of payment method so to me that's a penalty. Customer service is seriously lacking and checkout is very slow. If there is a line, expect to be there a while and see employees standing around instead of manning a checkout.
I’m not a big drinker but this place is so well organized and beautiful bottles. I can stay in here for a while. Just looking at all of the different bottles can captivate you.
If you place a delivery order online from Spec’s, check the order before the driver leaves. I ordered Pino Grigio (yes, I double checked my order) and they brought Pino Noir. I called the store. Told them the problem. They said, I have to bring the wrong item to them and they will exchange it. I paid a delivery fee along with a tip for the driver. They made the mistake but the only way they will make it right is if I take it to the store.
Excellent wine selection with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They gave me tons of great recommendations that turned were super delicious!
