Location and selection are great. The checkout staff are the unfriendliest I’ve ever dealt with, especially one in particular that I seem to deal with each time. Not worth going back
If I could give 0 stars I would. the black lady and Indian guy that checked me out wouldn’t accept my id bc “I look too young” when clearly my id is a real id. I’ve been going here since they opened and never had a problem until tonight. I have rewards with yall and everything. I definitely won’t be returning back to this location and will definitely file a complaint with corporate because someone “looking young” when they clearly have a valid id is ridiculous and not a reason to not service someone.
Good selection and fair prices at Spec’s in Prosper. Checkout staff isn’t the friendliest, but the variety makes it worth the stop.
Great Customer service, very attentive and listen to customer’s need. Specs employee found the product I was looking for. I went to Total Wine (Frisco) prior to trying Specs and Total wine had horrible customer service, they didn’t listen and shut-down my question by saying the product does not exist. Thank you Specs (Prosper) for your great customer service!
Had a great time shopping here. The beer selection is limited but other than that, I think this place is great.
