Awesome shop with a lot of selection, friendly staff and all good prices
I had a cashier named Stacey recently at this location and she was very rude. Won’t be going to this location again due to the unprofessional behavior.
At BEST, "Presumed" Manager manager is a complete donut. I know it is ancillary, but give the "music" a listen. The Quality is HORRENDOUS" and I offered to look at it at NO CHARGE to a person that looked to be "in charge" and they repudiated my offer in an extremely dismissive manner. In my professional career I have seldom felt as irrelevant as I did in that moment. He gave some corporate lipservice about him not being "alloweed" to address this dis-service. Spec's is always fun! My first visit to this location... Being near my home is a plus! I had a one-track mind for tequila... The aisles are clearly labeled, and it was well-stocked! The checkout associate was friendly, and the gentleman behind me said my ID should've been checked. 😄 Convenience is huge, and I'm happy Spec's is in the Sachse/Wylie area. See y'all again, soon!
