We've been coming here for years to buy holiday gift sets for friends and family. Today was the worst customer service we have ever had. We will not be shopping at big Sandy location again, as the two women working today were absolutely rude and of no help to customers. Do better .
Today, whoever is working the counter is so bad that I almost left my purchase on the table and walked out. Normally, a 5 star place. Today, a -5 wish I wouldn't have stopped.
Very rude. I was asking a worker a question about a certain product while purchasing something she looked right at me and purposely didn't answer me. It couldn't help but to feel racist. I didn't not feel welcomed.
Stopped and got the bbq in front of the store. Didn't give pickles or onions even though offered to me. The bbq wasn't heavily seasoned, is what I liked about it.
Quite the selection and staff was exceptionaly attentative and helpful. We always go here for our beverage selections.
