Never left a bad review without cause. You watched my wife of 15 years and I walk around the store for a full 10 minutes before we approached the counter, I've been in the store 2-3 times a week for the last 15 years, and we went to high school with the manager that was standing 10 feet away, waved at her as we were walking up to the counter and said Hello by name. Today, whoever is working the counter is so bad that I almost left my purchase on the table and walked out. Normally, a 5 star place. Today, a -5 wish I wouldn't have stopped.
We've been coming here for years to buy holiday gift sets for friends and family. Today was the worst customer service we have ever had. We will not be shopping at big Sandy location again, as the two women working today were absolutely rude and of no help to customers. Do better .
Say l would be glad to return to the store it was very nice and clean and friendly 😀
Very rude. I was asking a worker a question about a certain product while purchasing something she looked right at me and purposely didn't answer me. It couldn't help but to feel racist. I didn't not feel welcomed.
