Let me just say I’ve spent many years coming and going in this store. Once we had an issue with a couple of employees. During the process, the owner took over and handled the situation so professionally it was very impressive. 💯🆘🩷How well they looked into what happened to us. Since then, we have not one single issue and we love this store.🩷🩷 All my friends go here for all their parties and family get together’s to try them out. They are clean stocked and very professional. Ask for Brandy🩷🩷🩷🩷
The staff is amazingly friendly and always willing to help assist me, but the AC in the store clearly doesn't work, stale and feels like I'm outside in Texas, the cream drinks are just too warm to the touch sadly. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it is for those employees to work in these conditions either, no one should have to work in this upcoming heat like that.
Customer service is the best! They sell out of things fast because of it being a wet county, but they will check in the back if they have anything you are looking for. Prices are competitive and a huge variety of everything.
Had a wide variety of beer and spirits for good prices the staff was super helpful and nice and the building was clean and clutter free. They had a few cigars and lots of mixures.
Great staff, best in Northeast Texas area and the variety is good recommend Fat "DOG " for all your drinking, especially if you're like me and can't spell the name right the 1st time around 😀
