We went to several stores to get this mattress. Cleo was very helpful and extremely nice, we bought from you, because of her. The mattress has a flaw and will need to be replaced, the delivery crew was prompt and polite and immediately saw the flaw and reported it. Thank you for great service, it's hard to find these days.
