Just came from Factory Mattress where once again Cleo hooked me up right. I have purchased 4 mattresses from her now because she is so knowledgeable, patient, kind, and supportive. For me it’s like spending time with a good friend. I also got a good deal for Black Friday. I needed time to decide. They carry a wide variety of options. Cleo was wonderful. Gave us several options in both our budget and feel of mattress we were looking for. She was very polite, conversational, and helped load it into our truck. We left very happy.
