We went to Factory Mattress near my house to get a new pillow because of neck pain every time I wake up from sleep. Cleo the sales representative is very nice and have a pleasant personality. She immediately help me and assist me with what I need. I highly recommend the place. Will go back soon.

The mattress has a flaw and will need to be replaced, the delivery crew was prompt and polite and immediately saw the flaw and reported it. Thank you for great service, it's hard to find these days.
