The experience we had today was amazing. Bryan caught me right away with manners and humor when he asked me “what is my age range” for him to input the information for doing the assessment on what would be best for me. We decided to use Factory Mattress for their great prices, and we were so happy with the mattress we found! The store was clean and we loved the sanitary head protectors that each customer gets. Last but not least: Mark was phenomenal and helped us every step of the way! He took the time to educate us on how to get the best night sleep with the best mattress for our body types, all with a hospitality like no other. I would recommend Mark to anyone, he was awesome!
