We've been buying new mattresses historically from Mattress Firm or Macy's. Thought I'd try Factory Mattress, as my barely 4-year-old mattress broke - literally the top layer foam came loose from the hybrid coils, just in the few minutes we took it off the bed to put a new bed together. There was no way to remove the high bump created without cutting the mattress top cover to straighten it out/then sew, and no time to file a warranty claim. Mark was beyond knowledgeable and personable. We had visited several other stores looking for a new mattress and base. We ultimately decided to purchase with Factory Mattress b/c of Mark. He’s a great salesman and he truly knows his products.

What a great mattress buying experience!! Bryan was fantastic…. Simply put. We went to several different mattress companies, but ultimately came back to buy the same mattress from Bryan. From the time we arrived and left he was very professional and knowledgeable of all products. I recommend giving him a try for your next mattress purchase. 😀
