We purchased our 2 mattresses recently and our so very pleased with them. The quality is superb, The delivery and set up was so efficient the two gentlemen were courteous and paid attention to detail making sure everything was secure and centered. I have to thank the store manager Shannon for her expertise and helpfulness explaining All the different features of each mattress I asked about, what a lovely lady.

I dealt with Shannon and she was very helpful, she had great customer service skills. Shannon gave us a great deal for two beds, she even adjusted the price to fit our budget. I recommend factory mattresses at the rim, they have good quality beds and they work with you. Don’t forget to ask for Shannon, she’s awesome!!!

Working with Shannon was a wonderful experience. I checked out both Rooms-To-Go and Mattress Firm, but Factory Mattress offered the best value for what we required. I appreciated not feeling pressured throughout the process.

Rene worked with us until we found the perfect mattress. He was calm, patient and professional even with my kids in the background. We ended up adding a secondary mattress to our order to upgrade our older daughter. Thanks for all of your mattress knowledge Rene!
