We are so glad we stopped by. We went to several mattress stores, and Rual was the only one who educated us on proper sleep care. He shared many aspects in purchasing a mattress. He was very honest with us and spent time demonstrating the quality of good rest for our bodies. He did not pressure us into buying a mattress either. We are happy that we finally came to a decision to buy a great mattress and pillows from Factory Mattress. Raul did an awesome job!

I had to get a new mattress so I went to the Round Rock location. Jim helped me use the right fit to see what kind of mattress would be best. He let me try a few different mattresses and didn’t try to upsell me. Delivery was good too.
Raul did a wonderful job of explaining all of the qualities of each mattress as I tried the ones that were in my Rightfit profile. I did not feel rushed at all during my decision process.
