My man Jamie has to be the coolest guy on the planet. 🌎 way cooler than a cucumber! Anyways he got us in and out with a brand new very amazingly comfortable mattress at an affordable price. The experience with his personality though a price can’t be placed on and hopefully I see him again because the store is closing so hurry down and grab a new mattress before they are gone!
This is the first time I have ever bought a mattress at a mattress store. Jamie made this experience the best sale I ever made. We came in and were immediately greeted. He asked what I was looking for and showed me several options. Jamie was very present and patient with me with each mattress I tried. Jamie also was amazing with my kids I brought in with me. My boyfriend and l are appalled by how we were treated in the Georgetown location. We were simply browsing around for a new mattress because we were moving and we were looking at the tempur-pedic mattresses because those are our favorite and the sales person came over and told us not to touch them because we couldn't afford it. I have never been told that before at a mattress store, I understand we look young but we were serious buyers and potential, but after that I will never being doing business at that location again. Went to Factory to just check out options for a good long lasting adult bed in April 2025. Worked with Tim on a great option to ultimately get what we wanted in our hands at a super price. The whole experience was fabulous from him just showing us what was possible for ways we could choose to move forward if we were ready.
