Loved this company for years but I do not recommend buying from them during their going out of business sales. I bought a mattress, waited for it to be delivered and they no showed. Called the store and turns out they took it off the schedule due to a large rip in it. But no one ever contacted me. Then I found my salesman at a different store and he said he didn’t know anything about it but had another one at this store in “pristine “ condition. Scheduled delivery of it a week later. My man Jamie has to be the coolest guy on the planet. 🌎 way cooler than a cucumber! Anyways he got us in and out with a brand new very amazingly comfortable mattress at an affordable price. The experience with his personality though a price can’t be placed on and hopefully I see him again because the store is closing so hurry down and grab a new mattress before they are gone!
Jamie is your go to guy when you’re ready to find a new bed. We appreciated all his help understanding the temperpedic bed options we were looking at. He is an absolute joy! Chunky and I are excited to enjoy a giant NEW bed; thanks for everything!
My boyfriend and l are appalled by how we were treated in the Georgetown location. We were simply browsing around for a new mattress because we were moving and we were looking at the tempur-pedic mattresses because those are our favorite and the sales person came over and told us not to touch them because we couldn't afford it. This is the first time I have ever bought a mattress at a mattress store. Jamie made this experience the best sale I ever made. We came in and were immediately greeted. He asked what I was looking for and showed me several options. Jamie was very present and patient with me with each mattress I tried. Jamie also was amazing with my kids I brought in with me.
