Like most everyone is saying here, great sales experience. No pressure, listened to what we wanted, what price we needed, and then showed us great options for that criteria. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes or so because we knew what we wanted and they did a great job of getting us into that product. Absolutely recommend and I'll be back for future purchases. We'd been to more than a few other stores and left unhappy so we'll keep going back to Factory where I know we'll find what we need all the way around.
