We were in the process of buying a home. We decided to take advantage of the 4th of July sales that we’re going on. We had been to a couple of places before we got to Mattress Factory. Lonnie was there with another couple and said he’d be right with us. He got us on the mattress that measures pressure points on the mattress. Never bought a mattress here before. I purchased a full size mattress and the sales associate was very helpful in getting me the best price possible. I decided on a clearance mattress that i could not see in person. At delivery I refused it due to some stains and the manager was quick to call me and make it right and I got my replacement 2 days later. Great customer service and easy to work with.

The salesman Lonnie was not like a crazed sales shark. He was very understanding about our financial situation helping to fit us in the right bed for the right price. He was personable and took his time during the sales process. He was super great!! We really appreciated his expertise. He knew his products very well. We recommend Factory Mattress across from the Forum next to Specs. There was another salesman there and he was friendly also.

I had some problems with the mattress that I received at first. I called and told that man there was problems with Mattress I received. So I needed to return it. And the same man sold it to me, gave me such a run around (i’m trying to be nice) it was obvious he had no intentions of changing the mattress out. Many phone calls later still with no help.
