Javier was awesome! He was so knowledgeable and helpful and really knew the various aspects of the mattresses we were looking into. I had bought my Serta iComfort at Factory Mattress a few years ago in Austin. When I was looking to replace my mattress, I stopped by. At the time, I was looking for a Nectar. They did not have the model I was looking for. I had to go to their competitor. The place to go for fair price and selection. Went to Mattress Firm, seemingly only having a certain number of mattresses to choose from. Then choosing something in the outer reaches of my financial budget, luckily I stopped myself short and went to Factory Mattress where I was able to shop for not the cheapest mattress but a quality mattress that fit my budget.
