Unbelievable costumer service from this place! Fantastic professional service. Let start of with how much they caring about the clients preferences and what their interest are! They don’t focus on trying to sell you a high end, overly prices mattress. They take the time to evaluate to see what your body prefers and run a quick sleep test. I am pleased with the box spring and frame I purchased from them. I was able to get a good night's rest.They were affordable and delivered to my address. They even picked up my old box spring frame.

I had shopped around at BB beds (having low, clearance, closeout pricing), then went to see Augie at the 281 store. He was extremely helpful, and took the time to let me try and compare several mattresses. I got a great deal, and have not slept better in years. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and have to my friends and family.
We are so very happy with our new bed.. It is so comfortable and perfect for us. Being older newlyweds we both needed something we both could sleep on. We have that now... The salesman was honest, straightforward and very professional.. Thank you Factory Mattress y'all are amazing..
