Burt is honestly the best of the best, he worked with us for over an hour and was so enthusiastically the entire time. He gave us a GREAT deal on a a new king mattress and adjustable bed frame, would have been almost $1,000 more at their competitors. This is a shout-out to "Big Jay" at the Southpark location. We came into the store a little frustrated trying to find the mattress that was perfect for us. He was helpful and knowledgeable while not being pushy. We were there because we had a warranty claim with the manufacturer and were hesitant to get the same mattress again.
