Matthew and Chris gave my fiancée and I exceptional service! Chris gave us all the tips and tricks and was super thorough with details and didn’t push any products on us. And Matthew felt like my friend was helping me through purchasing our King bed set! If they’re working you’re in good hands!

**Update Bert did not honor his word of including mattress cover with purchase. Also delivery date promised was not true. I called and left message but no one at this store ever bothered to have courtesy to call back. I was real disappointed in customer service after the purchase. I’m changing my rating because of this** Bert made our mattress purchase super easy- quick in and out without hassle.
Justin is EXACTLY who you want when buying a mattress or any kind of furniture. We came in during the Memorial Day sale and he helped us find the perfect mattress for us. No pushy sales tactics like some of the stores nearby, and he was super up front about everything that would be included. Cannot recommend enough.
Had a great experience at factory mattress. It was my second time coming here and Justin did a great job in helping me find the correct mattress. I will definitely come back in the future.
